All sales are final.

Lumart AI does not offer refunds for Star packages, subscription plans, or any other paid services. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

By purchasing Stars or subscribing to a plan you acknowledge that all charges are non-refundable. Unused Stars remain credited to your account and can be consumed at any time before account closure.

Failed generations caused by upstream provider errors are automatically credited back to your Star balance — this is an internal system adjustment, not a refund.

For billing questions or disputes, contact support@lumart.ai. We review cases of confirmed billing errors on a case-by-case basis but make no commitment to issue refunds.
